Mark Murdock joins the podcast to chat about how whole body cryotherapy and other recovery modalities are changing sports fitness and athletic training. Craig Bennett is not just an advocate for his industry, but also the president of the Washington State Athletic Trainers Association. Bennett discusses a lot of the issues surrounding athlete health, especially when it comes to the club and high school level concerning who is monitoring and administrating care.
